Super Stars
Super Stars: (1 hr.), Boys and Girls, Ages 5-6
$50/month (1x/wk.) or $75/month (2x/wk.)
More fun challenges are introduced as these students learn skills such as cartwheels, roundoffs, and bridge kickovers. They will also increase their skills and confidence on the bars, beam and vault. These students gain more complex motor skills and also work on strength and flexibility. As a Superstar, they will be preparing for the Advanced Blast Off program or the elementary GymStarz program.

BLAST OFF! (advanced, ages 4-6yrs) $100/month
This program is for girls who would like to be considered for our competitive team program. They will focus on USAG levels 2 and 3 and even get a chance to compete.
