Shining Stars
Shining Stars: (45 min.), Boys and Girls, Ages 3-4
$40/month (1x/week) or $60/month (2x/week)
This class emphasizes fun, strength, flexibility, and balance development. Gymnastics helps to build confidence and self-discipline by exposing children to challenges that they can handle successfully. The fundamentals of gymnastics such as forward and backward rolls, headstands and handstands are introduced as well as the apparatus (bars, beam, and vault). When your Shining Star turns five, they will be ready for our Superstars class!
